Endless Byte: Client Work as a Student-Run Agency

I founded Endless Byte with two university classmates, Hamza Haj Mtir and Iheb el Azhari, as a small software agency delivering client projects while we were studying — a way to gain practical experience and generate income alongside our degrees.

Client: Promolab — Custom E-commerce Platform

Our first major client project was for Promolab, a company serving major accounts including STEG-affiliated business in Tunisia. I designed and built a custom e-commerce website using ReactJS and Next.js.

• Responsive Design: Built with ReactJS and Next.js for a responsive, user-friendly shopping experience across desktop and mobile.
• Database Management: Implemented Supabase and Prisma to handle database operations, ensuring data integrity and performance at scale.
• Product Management Dashboard: Built a comprehensive dashboard enabling easy addition, editing, and deletion of items, so administrators could keep the catalog current without engineering involvement.

Client: Gym Chain CRM

We also delivered a membership-management CRM for gym chains, including California Gym, covering subscription management across multiple locations nationwide.

• Subscription Management: Centralized member subscription tracking across every location, replacing manual/per-location record keeping.
• WhatsApp Promotions: Built WhatsApp-based promotional messaging to reach members directly with offers and updates.

Team and Collaboration

• Worked closely with co-founders Hamza Haj Mtir and Iheb el Azhari across both client engagements, from technical architecture to delivery.
• This work provided real-world experience in web development, database management, and client delivery — running an agency, not just writing code, while still full-time students.
